Safety & Guidelines

Sada-E-Azan is built with multiple layers of security to protect the integrity of every masjid and every account.
Account & Security
Admins are protected by an additional 6-digit PIN and may enable 2-Factor Authentication (Google Authenticator). For their safety, the "Forgot Password" flow is disabled for Admin accounts.
Imam / Muazzin Access
Imam and Muazzin accounts can only be created or approved by the masjid Admin or Super Admin.
Any access request from a user is reviewed before approval — including verification of identity, masjid affiliation, and broadcasting rights.
Delete Account – Sada-E-Azan
If you want to delete your Sada-E-Azan account, please follow these steps:
Open the Sada-E-Azan app.
Go to My Masjid Page
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm your request.
After confirmation, your account and personal data will be deleted from our system, except data we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Privacy is Sacred
We collect only what is needed to deliver the Live Azan, prayer reminders, and masjid community features. Nothing more.
Data We Collect
Sada-E-Azan (“the App”) collects only the data required to deliver the Live Azan, Prayer & Jamat Time reminders, and masjid community features — typically your name, role, masjid ID, email, and push notification token.
We never collect your contacts, photos, files, microphone audio, or device location beyond what each feature explicitly requires.
Data Storage & Retention
Personal data is never sold. Push tokens are stored only to deliver notifications.
Audio recordings of the Azan are stored for a maximum of 7 days and are then permanently deleted from our servers.
Donation receipts uploaded by users are stored for record-keeping only and shared with the masjid Imam and Admin.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting your masjid admin or writing to support.
You can disable notifications from your device settings at any time without losing access to your account.
Notifications
Push notifications are used for Live Azan starts, Prayer / Jamat reminders, masjid notices, and admin broadcasts.
You can mute individual prayers from the Notifications screen or disable all notifications entirely from your device settings.
